While some practitioners may recommend human products for pets, we find that converting human herb dosages to pet dosages may create errors, and some human products simply aren't intended for pets. Herbal pet products are in the form of easy to swallow teapills, granules or capsules. Pet herbs should normally be given 30 minutes before meals and 1 hour apart from any other medications to ensure proper absorption.
