Raw Herbs/Extracts

Raw Herb products are sold in both a Whole Herb form as well as a Concentrated Extract Powder form. If you would prefer a prepared formula rather than the raw herb itself, you can search for every product in our store which contains this herb by using our Search Tool. For best results, if the herb name consists of more than one word, you should enclose the herb name in quotes when using the Search Tool.

Raw Herb Ordering Guidelines

1.	Raw Herbs and Extract Powders are offered as a convenience for professional herbalists and those customers who have the experience and knowledge necessary to safely prepare their own formulas. Chinese Herbs Direct is unable to provide any guidance on the preparation, dosage or usage of Raw Herbs and Extract Powders. For any questions on these items, we ask that you consult a licensed herbalist or health care provider prior to ordering.
2.	In order to offer the freshest herbs possible, we do not keep a regular inventory of most Raw Herbs and Extract Powders in our warehouse. You should therefore expect to wait an additional 5-7 days (beyond normal delivery times) for your order to be received.
3.	We guarantee our Raw Herbs and Extract Powders to be fresh and of the highest quality available. However, we are unable to extend this guarantee beyond freshness and quality (i.e. no refunds for ordering the wrong herb, changing your mind, etc.).
