The advantage of Superior Trading Company Instant Korean Ginseng Tea is that you do not get the side effects from drinking coffee. Each teabag contains 3 gm of Korean Ginseng Instant Tea (Ginseng extract sprayed onto lactose crystals).
Add the contents of one bag of Superior Ginseng Tea to a cup of hot water and stir. Honey, milk, or other sweetener may be added to taste.Iced Ginseng: In a large glass, dissolve the contents of one bag of Superior Ginseng Tea in a small amount of hot water. Add honey or other sweetener if desired. Fill the rest of the glass with cold water and ice cubes.
