Green tea provides a light and refreshing base to this blend, complemented by the smooth herbal taste of ginkgo biloba leaf. Maca and ashwagandha provide an earthy pep, and ginger completes the medley. The resulting blend is a smooth inviting way to start the day off on the right foot. Because this blend finishes quite mild in flavor, we suggest you include another of your favorite teas to pump it up. Depending on the mood or season, we like to add a bag Ginger Root Tea, Licorice Root Tea, or sometimes even a tantalizing bag of Fennel Seed Tea.

Suggested Use

Fresh water is essential for brewing a great cup of tea. We recommend using filtered or spring water and a glass, ceramic or stainless steel pot.

Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
