However, even with our extra security precautions, we recognize that not everyone wants to or feels comfortable purchasing online with credit cards. For these customers, we offer a number of
other ways to purchase from Chinese Herbs Direct.
Phone Orders
To keep our prices low, Chinese Herbs Direct was founded as an online health store with all orders made through our secure online shopping cart. Ordering online is still the fastest and most accurate way to place your order. However, as a courtesy to our customers who prefer to place orders over the phone instead of online, you may now order via our toll-free number during normal business hours (7am to 4pm Pacific Time / 10am to 7pm Eastern Time). If you're calling outside of normal business hours or we're helping other customers, please leave a detailed message with your callback number, and we will return your call as soon as possible. When calling our order line, please be ready with your product names or item numbers, credit card information, billing address and shipping address (if different). Mail or Fax Orders
If you've never ordered from us before, we ask that you first Create an Account to ensure that we have your proper name and shipping information spelled correctly. To pay by Mail or Fax using a credit card, personal check or money order, please download our mail order form (in Microsoft Word format) here: Mail Order Form.
If you can't download the form, you may send your order and payment to Chinese Herbs Direct, 2421 W. 205th St, Suite D103, Torrance, CA 90501 or Fax your order to 1-866-526-8359. Please include the following information: (i) the quantity and product number (i.e. MW1000) of each item you'd like to order, (ii) your shipping address and phone number and (iii) a check or money order for your total order, plus $5.95 for U.S. shipping (flat rate for all mail orders) and 8.25% sales tax if your shipping address is in California (no sales tax outside of California). Please note that all orders by check or money order will not ship until the payment clears.
Paypal
You may now use Paypal as an integrated option within our online checkout process. Simply check out as normal, and then choose the Paypal button on the Payment screen. At the end of the checkout process, you will be taken directly to Paypal's website for payment.
