Only Somewhat Helpful

This is my second order, since I realize that the effectiveness is cumulative. I am a basically healthy senior whose legs cramp at night and this was recommended. My legs are somewhat better, but the problem is only lessened- not solved after 4 months. As expensive as they are, I need to decide whether or not to continue or try something else.
