Ren Shen Yang Ying Wan includes pure ginger extract. This famous herb is pungent, aromatic and spicy. It is the underground rhizome of the common ginger plant. Historically, ginger has been used in Asia to help support the gastrointestinal system. In herbal medicine in China, ginger rhizome is thought to be a very good carminative; this means that it can help to eliminate intestinal gas. It also is regarded as an intestinal spasmolytic, which means that it can help to relax and soothe the digestive system.
