Unlike coffee, Oolong Tea is high with antioxidants but lower in caffeine. Suggested Use
Hot Serving: Place one tea bag into an 8 oz empty cup. Pour 75C to 85C degree of hot water over tea bag and steep for 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength.
Iced Serving: For one quart of iced tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags. Brew 4 to 6 minutes. Then add 2 cups of cold water and chill to desired temperature for serving.
